Trends in E-Learning Effectiveness in Higher Education in Rural Communities

Özet
This study examines e-learning effectiveness in higher education in Rural Communities. A comparative design based on official records and in-depth interviews was employed. Key themes include e-learning, higher education, students. The results highlight how quality education, teacher training and inclusive classroom practices improve student learning.
