Optimization of Mental Health and Anxiety among Students under Mediterranean-Continental Transition Conditions

Özet

This study examines mental health and anxiety among students under Mediterranean-Continental Transition Conditions. A mixed design of laboratory experiments and numerical modelling was applied. Key themes include mental health, anxiety, well-being. The findings contribute to public health strategies that improve patient outcomes, disease prevention and well-being.
