Empirical Evidence on SME Growth and Employment in Türkiye

Özet

This study examines SME growth and employment in Türkiye. A comparative design based on official records and in-depth interviews was employed. Key themes include SME, job creation, economic growth. Labour market analysis reveals persistent youth unemployment and informal employment that weaken wages and productivity.
