Özet

This study examines tourism sector employment in Thrace Border Cities. Survey responses and administrative records were analysed with panel regression methods. Key themes include tourism, employment, decent work. Labour market analysis reveals persistent youth unemployment and informal employment that weaken wages and productivity.
