Perspectives on Judicial Independence and the Rule of Law in Rural Communities

Özet
This study examines judicial independence and the rule of law in Rural Communities. A comparative design based on official records and in-depth interviews was employed. Key themes include justice, rule of law, judicial. The analysis shows that transparent, accountable institutions and access to justice strengthen democracy and the rule of law.
