Techno-Economic Assessment of Extreme Precipitation and Flood Risk in Southeast Europe

Mehmet Kemal Aydoğan; Marko Jovanović

8th International Symposium on Climate Change and Atmospheric Sciences · 2021

Özet

This study examines extreme precipitation and flood risk in Southeast Europe. The analysis combines field observations, national statistics and computational simulation. Key themes include precipitation, flood, extreme weather. Projections indicate rising temperatures and extreme weather, underscoring the need for climate mitigation and adaptation action.
