This study examines seismic retrofitting of reinforced concrete buildings in Lüleburgaz. Measurements were collected over several seasons and evaluated with statistical modelling. Key themes include earthquake, seismic, reinforced concrete. Earthquake risk assessment shows that seismic retrofit and housing renewal substantially reduce structural vulnerability in cities.
